Microsoft UltraCam User Group Meetings

innsbruck UGMUltraCam customers and sales partners from across the globe recently gathered in December 2012 and February 2013 in picturesque Innsbruck, Austria and sunny Boulder, Colorado, joining the Microsoft UltraCam team for several days of meetings, networking and presentations.

Roughly 100 international users attended the meetings in Innsbruck and roughly 35 of their North American UltraCam family members were treated to presentations and hands-on workshops from the UltraCam team on our latest technologies that include the new UltraCam Falcon large format IMG_9195_cut (2)photogrammetric digital aerial camera and the newly released UltraMap 3.0 photogrammetric workflow modules for generating high-density point clouds, digital surface models and DSM/DTM orthomosaics.

Networking is always a key benefit of these meetings and in addition to good business, International customers had the opportunity to participate in team building activities that included site-seeing tours, night-time sledding and a tour of the Swavorsky art museum while their North American counterparts, ended 2 days of meetings with some friendly competition at indoor go-kart racing and a concert from the Blind Child Rockin’ Blues Band.

UltraCam customers who were unable to attend the events can contact their sales rep for FTP login information to download the presentations. Meanwhile, Facebook users can see photos of all the fun on our UltraCam Facebook page.
